Marketing and Communication Specialist

  1. Digital Marketing and Social Media:
    • Handle digital requests and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the team to create, edit, and publish engaging social media content that aligns with Nile University’s branding and marketing goals.
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
  2. Content Creation Coordination:
    • Work closely with content creators to develop high-quality visuals, videos, and written content for marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure all content adheres to the university’s guidelines and standards.
  3. Project Follow-Up:
    • Monitor the progress of ongoing marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and resources required for marketing activities.
  4. Marketing Inventory Management:
    • Maintain and organize the inventory of marketing materials, including giveaways, roll-ups, brochures, and other promotional items.
    • Ensure timely restocking of inventory based on project requirements.
  5. Cross-Departmental Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing department and other university departments.
    • Facilitate clear and effective communication to support collaborative efforts and marketing goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in marketing, communication, or a similar role.Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Creative mindset with an eye for detail.Familiarity with inventory management is a plus.
