Job Purpose
This business role will develop the wholesale Business, manage the corresponding international data carriers and Operations at wholesale level across the globe. Accountable to build & manage international data relationships with the wholesale data carriers at that region in order to establish international wholesale data revenue (new international data business domains\: International Wholesale VPN, DIA, Piping, Crossing, Gaming). Bears overall responsibility for the international data carriers ownership and acts as first-point of contact in all commercial wholesale interactions while managing the entire wholesale cycle including carrier strategies, carriers profiling, wholesale planning, proposing, negotiating and closing of deals for all the mentioned services.
Report To Position Name
Lead & manage all classic data connectivity globally and wholesale business affairs in terms of technical operations, Service delivery, contracts, invoicing, carriers relations, international capacity planning, optimization, network solutions design, business modelling, costing and budgeting.
Prepare & review the market development plan.
Plan, schedule, monitor & facilitate budget targets, along with campaigns, contract negotiations & projects.
Conduct international tenders, for the required international capacities as well as international X-connections and international last miles costing at the B-End.
Manage international data teams to provide, develop and update strategic and commercial plans of carrier services accounts and collecting client’s requirements and providing input to wholesale.
Periodically review with the managment the effectiveness of operations to address process improvement issues/concerns with respect to the marketing and carrier relations management functions.
Build account ownership based on carrier’s strategic objectives, business requirements, operational challenges, buying decisions, contractual process, internal dynamics and most importantly manage key stakeholder expectations.
Conceptualize & evolve, creative ideas for various commercial campaigns to capture miscellaneous revenue streams & design target markets globally.
Keep abreast of Etisalat Misr services and products in details from commercial and technical point view and interact with Product Management team on daily basis for any changes and specifications.
Closely manage and work within cross-functional activities to supervise bids, service delivery, and operations.
Develop business plans as well as building & maintaining strategic client & supplier relations to achieve overall business objectives of international data revenue.
Develop & present to the targeted carriers the value proposition along with Etisalat Misr’s wholesale portfolio edge.
Enhance Etisalat Misr’s image and reputation through regular attendance and participations of exhibits, events and conferences while enriching the relations with the different international data carriers.
