- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage and arrange travel, accommodation, and internal transportation for company visitors.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or external parties.
- Manage the CEO's calendar and email accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings and other executive sessions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field .Fluent in English.Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Experience in managing travel arrangements and accommodations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional demeanor and positive attitude
