Electrical Sales Manager (Libya)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Gila Al-Tawakol Electric located in Libya. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets on a daily basis.


The Electrical Sales Manager will be responsible for:


  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, conduct market analysis, forecast sales, and determine pricing strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals, track performance, and provide ongoing coaching and motivation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, resolve issues, and manage existing accounts.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, deliver compelling sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and forecasts, monitor KPIs and sales metrics, analyze sales data, and provide valuable insights to management.
  • Industry and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, develop a deep understanding of our electrical products and services, represent the company at industry events, and collaborate with the marketing team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven Experience in the field of selling electrical Products. (LV, MV, UPS, Datacenter, Cable,...)
  • Have strong pipeline with major clients
  • 10 - 12 years of Experience in sales of electrical products, equipment. (at least of 5 years' in managerial level)
  • Strong understanding of the electrical products market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams
  • Proven ability to establish and strengthen business relations with customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales quotas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Fluency in English.
