About the role:
The Front Desk Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors, shoppers, and clients within the mall environment. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive, efficient shopping experience. The Front Desk Representative will act as the first point of contact for mall guests, offering support and ensuring that their needs are met in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about mall facilities, store locations, and services.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous, timely, and effective manner.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues such as lost items, mall directory inquiries, and general guidance within the mall.
- Monitor the customer service desk, ensuring it is organized and well-stocked with necessary materials, including maps, brochures, and promotional materials.
Bachelor's degreePrevious experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality environment preferred.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude toward assisting customers.Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and diplomatically.Advanced English level.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
