General Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
Project Support:
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Collect and organize data for reports and analysis.
- Assist with the planning and execution of department events.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Experience:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles supporting senior leadership.Experience in managing multiple calendars and coordinating complex schedules.Skills and Abilities:Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
