We are looking for a motivated and results-driven TeleSales and CRM Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, converting leads into course registrations, and managing our CRM system to ensure excellent customer relationships. Additionally, you will contribute to sales and marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and identify new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to promote our courses using prepared scripts or tailored approaches.
- Understand customer requirements, answer their questions, and guide them toward appropriate course options.
- Close sales through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain accurate and organized data.
- Engage with current customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional courses or services to existing customers.
- Explore and propose creative sales and marketing ideas to increase customer engagement and drive new leads.
- Handle inquiries, grievances, and feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction and preserve the company’s reputation.
- Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions for performance tracking and future follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and organizational goals.
Fluency in English is a must (Customers are English speakers)Proven experience in TeleSales, customer service, or CRM management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Ability to think creatively and identify new sales or marketing opportunities
