Job Description:
- Responsible for the whole recruitment procedure.
- Responsible for mass recruiting; job posting, screening, headhunting, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Source candidates using different channels like recruitment portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Administer screening CVs to verify that candidates' pool is upon required qualifications.
- Conduct the initial interview for potential candidates to refer the accepted ones to direct superior.
- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Ensuring all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
- On-boarding new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
- Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Attend Job Fairs and receive CVs from interested candidates for keeping them in the database.
- Prepare and send weekly reports detailing hiring progress.
- Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions, benefits, and conditions.
