Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the whole recruitment procedure.
  • Responsible for mass recruiting; job posting, screening, headhunting, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Source candidates using different channels like recruitment portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
  • Administer screening CVs to verify that candidates' pool is upon required qualifications.
  • Conduct the initial interview for potential candidates to refer the accepted ones to direct superior.
  • Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Ensuring all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
  • On-boarding new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
  • Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Attend Job Fairs and receive CVs from interested candidates for keeping them in the database.
  • Prepare and send weekly reports detailing hiring progress.
  • Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions, benefits, and conditions.

Bachelor's Degree in Business/ English Commerce.2- 3/4 years of experience at Real Estate.Excellent command of the English language (Speaking/Writing).Excellent Clients’ Management Skills.Business Writing Skills.Excellent Communication Skills.Negotiation Skills.ERP system user.
