Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership:

Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.

Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.

 

2. Customer Relationships:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Ensure an excellent customer experience and address customer needs effectively.

 

3. Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide regular reports and insights to support strategic decisions.

 

4. Operations Management:

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

 

5. Team Development:

Train, mentor, and guide the sales team for skill enhancement and professional growth.

Organize regular team meetings to discuss strategies and address challenges.


Qualifications & RequirementsEducational Background:A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; however, the field of study is not specified.Experience:Proven experience in sales, with a focus on outdoor sales and client acquisition.Previous experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage.Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong leadership abilities with a results-oriented mindset.Proficient in market research and analysis.
