Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile Remote Marketing & Communications Specialist fluent in both English and Arabic. This role will blend responsibilities across multiple marketing domains—content creation, marketing funnel design, email marketing, SEO, digital marketing, brand management and communications. You will be instrumental in developing compelling marketing content (including emails, presentations, and campaign materials), structuring effective marketing funnels, and executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will help maintain brand consistency, optimize digital presence for SEO, and support vendor onboarding and engagement efforts when needed.

This is a unique opportunity to influence our early-stage growth and shape an integrated marketing strategy that drives vendor acquisition, customer engagement, and brand prominence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Marketing & Communications:
    • Create engaging, high-quality marketing content (e.g., email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, blog posts, social media updates) in English and Arabic, tailored to a B2B audience.
    • Develop sales collateral, onboarding guides, and other marketing materials to support vendor engagement and customer education.
    • Ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines, strategic goals, and resonates with target audiences.
  2. Email Marketing & Marketing Funnel Design:
    • Own the entire email marketing process—from strategy and list segmentation to copywriting, design coordination, deployment, and performance analysis.
    • Design and implement effective marketing funnels (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention) that guide prospects and vendors through the customer journey.
    • Continuously optimize email content, calls-to-action, and landing pages based on analytics and A/B test results.
  3. SEO & Digital Marketing:
    • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance website content visibility in English and Arabic.
    • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (PPC, display ads, retargeting, social media advertising) to drive traffic and conversion.
    • Analyze marketing metrics and user behavior to refine strategies and achieve campaign objectives.
  4. Brand Management & Communications:
    • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
    • Coordinate with the UI/UX and design team to produce cohesive, visually compelling marketing content.
    • Assist in planning virtual events, partnerships, or webinars that enhance brand visibility and vendor engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken), capable of producing professional, grammatically accurate, and engaging content in both languages.Marketing Experience: Proven background in content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and digital marketing.
