1- Product Management:
- Create new product’s message according to market selling point and marketing objectives either inside or outside Egypt. Define, budgeting and approve all marketing materials needed to deliver products’ message to customers; either for existing or new products; according to customer potentiality. Write all scientific data required about the products/ brand in all marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, etc. Ensure that marketing materials’ design matches marketing objectives according to territory. Design and conduct market survey; and analyze information gathered in order to improve products quality or to suggest new products launching according to market competitions.
2- Marketing Events Management:
- Develop a list of potential conferences and approve the annual plan for events that company will either participate in or organize.
- Define all the marketing tools required which efficiently represent the company; in addition to the promotional activities included according to event objective.
- Propose ideas to improve event quality and communicate closely either internally or externally to organize and promote related medical conferences.
- Follow up and manage the implementation and production of event’s facilities and details such as decoration, catering, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, and promotional materials.
- Specify staff requirements of ushers and coordinate their activities through the event.
3- Medical and Product Knowledge Training - List training needs for product specialists as they can gain enough medical knowledge about the product and define its selling point. - Schedule, design and deliver required training program according to training objective.
- Ensure the accuracy of information delivered through different activities in training such as role plays, situational activities, etc.
Preferred bachelor degree of medical major ( pharmacy – veterinary - science - Medic ).Experienced ( Derma - Ortho or Pedia )Excellent command of English and Communications Skills.Excellent at Microsoft Office.From 1 to 3 years of experience in related field.Comfortable with our Location in Nasr City.
