  • Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales roadmap, drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, and optimize team performance through data-driven strategies and KPIs.
  • Lead sales improvement initiatives, including key account management, CRM development, go-to-market strategies, and process streamlining to enhance sales funnel visibility and increase conversion rates.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales organization with optimal coverage, supported by a Sales Planning and Development function.
  • Drive strategic partnerships to generate quality leads, provide leadership in the SPD function to close performance gaps, and develop a comprehensive sales training program.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations and institutions to generate leads, close deals, and expand opportunities with existing clients through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic relationship mapping.
