Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our e-commerce digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate will take the lead in establishing and growing our online store, driving digital marketing efforts, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role encompasses creating and executing strategies for brand identity, SEO, content creation, marketing strategy, market analysis, and other digital marketing initiatives tailored to e-commerce success.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Development and Management

  •  Lead the planning, launch, and optimization of the company’s e-commerce platform. 
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to create a user-friendly and visually appealing online store. 
  • Implement e-commerce best practices, including site navigation, payment processing, and checkout functionality. 
  • Monitor site performance, ensure fast loading times, and address technical issues promptly. Brand Identity and Awareness 
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across the e-commerce platform and all digital channels. 
  • Enhance brand visibility through strategic campaigns and partnerships. 
  • Create a brand voice and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) 
  • Optimize the e-commerce platform for search engines to maximize organic traffic. 
  • Conduct keyword research specific to product offerings and target markets. 
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link building and content optimization. · Monitor and improve search rankings for product and category pages.

 Content Creation and Management 

  • Develop engaging product descriptions, blog content, and multimedia assets to drive customer engagement. 
  • Manage a content calendar aligned with promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality visuals and videos for e-commerce and social media.

 Digital Marketing Strategy ·

  • Design and implement performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including paid ads, email, and social media. 
  • Utilize remarketing and retargeting strategies to convert website visitors into customers. 
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and personalization
  • Market Analysis and Consumer Insights 
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand target audience behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns. 
  • Analyze competitor strategies in the e-commerce space to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics, such as traffic, conversions, and customer retention. 

Performance Optimization and Reporting 

  • Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies for better ROI, including A/B testing. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights for improvement. 
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing progress, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership 
  • Work closely with product, sales, and logistics teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. 
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists and content creators. 
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce. Proven track record of launching and scaling e-commerce platforms. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing strategies. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and analytics tools like Google Analytics.Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skill
