This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance specialist at Atheel Contact Center located in Qesm El Maadi. The Quality Auditor will conduct quality audits, analyze performance data, ensure compliance with quality standards, and implement quality control measures. The role will involve monitoring and assessing customer interactions, providing feedback and coaching to agents, and collaborating with team members to improve overall quality.
