Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings
Allocating guests their Units and providing keys
Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
Responding to requests for help and information
Preparing Units Contracts and ensuring prompt payments
Checking guests out, taking payments and returning deposits
● Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite● Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)● Professional attitude and appearance● Solid written and verbal communication skills● Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise● Excellent organizational skills● Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks● Customer service attitude● Bachelor's degree
