- Develop and implement food safety policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of food service areas to assess compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to prevent and control the spread of foodborne illnesses.
- Design training programs to educate food service staff on safe food handling practices.
- Stays up to date with food safety regulations, including those of the General Authority for Accreditation and Health Control, and ensures that the hospital complies with the standards.
Bachelor of Veterinary / Medicine is a Must.Experience in food safety management, preferably in a healthcare or food service environment.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
