Job purpose
- Managing the branch and carrying out accounts and selling works, and submitting accounting and sales reports for the branch’s sales
Main tasks
- Recording sales and services invoices with the correct codes and reporting services that it hasn't codes.
- Registration of tax invoices and receipt of commercial records and tax card from the company's clients.
- Monitor the movement of the treasury.
- Preparing the weekly and monthly periodic inventory of goods in the branch and sending inventory reports regularly to the management.
- Sending the branch shortcomings and needs of goods, following up the movement of incoming and outgoing and preparing the relevant documents accurately.
- Professionally meeting clients, solving problems, and achieving the highest customer satisfaction rate.
- Achieving sales and marketing objectives, developing the branch’s business in services, increasing the number of customers, and increasing successful visits.
- Discipline and attendance on time for opening the branch, following up the cleanliness of the branch and tires, and the commitment of employees to wear the official uniform.
- Positive in everything and leading the team by introducing enthusiasm and working with the utmost accuracy and efficiency, organizing the work and comforts of the work team.
- Sending administrative and financial reports on a regular basis.
- Full compliance with the established regulations and policies and applying the instructions to the letter.
● Proven work experience as a Tyres Sales or similar role● A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude● The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client’s best interests● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills● Strong customer service and negotiation expertise
