The Content Lead is responsible for developing and overseeing content strategies that align with client goals and brand objectives. Your duties will be:
Content Strategy and Planning

Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and freelancers.
- Assign projects, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for team development.
Collaboration and Innovation
- Brainstorm innovative content ideas in partnership with design and marketing teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage them to enhance content strategies.
- Drive the use of analytics and feedback to optimize content performance.
