• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.

Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline.Excellent communication skills.Excellent Computer skills Very Good to Excellent English.Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift) to ensure we have 24/7 service levels (night and midnight shifts are work from home)1-3 years of experience and understanding of operations & logistics business.Previous experience in a similar position related to customer support/care.
