- Develop and maintain client relationships

- Manage sales pipelines and meet assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Collaborate with the project and marketing team to align on client needs and project details
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in Sales, preferably within the construction or related industryMinimum of 3 years of experience in SalesProficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office SuiteStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and meet targets consistently
