  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Conduct client visits and and deliver engaging presentations to introduce Cubic's services
  • Manage sales pipelines and meet assigned sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with the project and marketing team to align on client needs and project details
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in Sales, preferably within the construction or related industryMinimum of 3 years of experience in SalesProficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office SuiteStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and meet targets consistently
