- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate and assist in the new hire orientation process.
- Maintain and update employee records in the system or physical files.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assist in resolving employee issues, escalating when necessary.
- Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
- Schedule training sessions and ensure materials and resources are available.
- Help track employee progress in various learning programs.
- Support HR audits and assist in maintaining compliance documentation.
- Help in the administration of employee benefits programs and other related HR tasks.
- Provide administrative support to senior HR staff, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with various HR projects as needed, including performance reviews, employee surveys, and policy updates.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Certification in HR is a plus0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internship experience may be considered).
