Junior HR Specialist

  1. Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  2. Screen resumes, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  3. Coordinate and assist in the new hire orientation process.
  4. Maintain and update employee records in the system or physical files.
  5. Ensure that all documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies.
  6. Assist in resolving employee issues, escalating when necessary.
  7. Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
  8. Schedule training sessions and ensure materials and resources are available.
  9. Help track employee progress in various learning programs.
  10. Support HR audits and assist in maintaining compliance documentation.
  11. Help in the administration of employee benefits programs and other related HR tasks.
  12. Provide administrative support to senior HR staff, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  13. Assist with various HR projects as needed, including performance reviews, employee surveys, and policy updates.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Certification in HR is a plus0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internship experience may be considered).
