- Coordinate with the vendors and distributors to buy products with affordable prices.
- Negotiate prices with the vendors and distributors to match the customer’s needs and requirements.
- Working with Suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Utilize strong relationship-building skills with distributors and vendors to maintain partnerships.
- Forecasting levels of demand for products and services to meet business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.
- Works closely with suppliers and Sales Account Managers to identify and execute continuous cost and performance improvement strategies.
- Prepare quotations, revise them through Client relationship Management System (CRM)
- Prepare the Purchase orders (P.O) and coordinate with the top management for their signature
- Coordinate with the sales team, accounting department, logistics team and the messengers regarding the goods/ products delivery
- Follow up with distributors upon receiving the products
- Achieves assigned productively and profitability quotas and targets.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all sales team.
