Purchasing Specialist

  • Coordinate with the vendors and distributors to buy products with affordable prices.
  • Negotiate prices with the vendors and distributors to match the customer’s needs and requirements.
  • Working with Suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Utilize strong relationship-building skills with distributors and vendors to maintain partnerships.
  • Forecasting levels of demand for products and services to meet business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.
  • Works closely with suppliers and Sales Account Managers to identify and execute continuous cost and performance improvement strategies.
  • Prepare quotations, revise them through Client relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Prepare the Purchase orders (P.O) and coordinate with the top management for their signature
  • Coordinate with the sales team, accounting department, logistics team and the messengers regarding the goods/ products delivery
  • Follow up with distributors upon receiving the products
  • Achieves assigned productively and profitability quotas and targets.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with all sales team.

Minimum One year of experience in the same fieldGood communication skillsExperience in IT field is preferablePreferred to have BSC. in engineering or any relevant degree from any reputable universityPresentable, Time Management and self-confidence.
