- Cooperate with the training department to provide the necessary training for the sales operation area including sales performance management, sales technique, product information, etc., within a controlled budget and well-organized schedule to support Dealers nationwide.
- Implement and upkeep of company’s Dealer Standards, monitor and evaluate dealer operations, and cooperate well with related sections to set up improvement activities and keep following up on the progress of required improvements to encourage all dealers and ensure their operations meet Company targets.
- Determines and manages dealer profiles and sets up regular dealer visits, reports status, problems, and attitudes of dealer network to management.
- Monitoring dealer satisfaction standards (SSI & CSI).
- Develop and maintain efficient communication channels with all dealers to ensure necessary support is given to assist them in attaining sales and customer service standards.
- Manage mystery shopping program
- Cooperate with the Sales team, Marketing team, and Sales Service Team in all related activities to encourage dealer enhancement.
