- Participate in the development and implementation of HR Policies, procedures and workflows.
- Create and update the organization charts.
- Conduct job analysis and update the job descriptions.
- Prepare HR monthly dashboard analysis to track and analyze key HR metrics and trends that enable HR and top management for data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in reviewing and validating the hiring needs with department heads on a quarterly basis.
- Participate in the implementation of promotion cycles.
- Manage the internal transfers process.
- Ensure the accuracy of employees' data (reporting lines, titles, levels, locations, internal transfers) are updated and matched with org charts.
