Sr. Organization Development Specialist

  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR Policies, procedures and workflows.
  • Create and update the organization charts.
  • Conduct job analysis and update the job descriptions.
  • Prepare HR monthly dashboard analysis to track and analyze key HR metrics and trends that enable HR and top management for data-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in reviewing and validating the hiring needs with department heads on a quarterly basis.
  • Participate in the implementation of promotion cycles.
  • Manage the internal transfers process.
  • Ensure the accuracy of employees' data (reporting lines, titles, levels, locations, internal transfers) are updated and matched with org charts.

4 to 8 years of proven work experience as an Sr. OD Specialist or similar role.Construction experience is a plusVery Good verbal and written communication skillsA keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizationsBSc in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldAdvanced Excel SkillsStrong Analytical SkillsStrong relations-building skills, Team PlayerStrong Planning & Organizing SkillsDetails orientedStrong Microsoft Office Skills
