☑️Responsibilities:
-responsible for finding potential clients – through cold calling, face-to-face meetings – and starting new relationships with interested clients, thus expanding customer base.
-Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.
-Responsible for all software features documentation.
-Meet with clients and determine their needs for software.
-Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
-Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
-Handle client objectives and close deals.
-Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance after-sales.
-Communicate the technical details and capabilities of products to clients and demonstrate how they will meet the client’s needs.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration .-Basic computer skills is a must-Extensive software sales experience and local ERP software from (3-5) years is a must .-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Professional networking skills.-Attention to details.
