Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.
    • Qualify leads and assess their potential to become clients.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Conduct effective sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Client Management:
    • Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential opportunities.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry developments and competitive landscape.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the target market and client needs.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
    • Share market insights and client feedback to improve overall business performance.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the [relevant industry, e.g., marketing, advertising, PR].Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Fluency in English and Arabic.Experience in the F&B sector is a must
