Sales Account Manager

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs.
  • Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers on time.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Monitor sales metrics (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Generate 5 new customers /quarter.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within our portfolio.
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions for our partners. 
  • Supporting Their teams to improve their performance and reach targets.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
  • Monitor AMs performance, Calls, Meetings 
  • Resolve conflicts for their team members & support them when needed. 
  • Review on their team’s pipeline.
  • Ensure that their team members are aware of their targets and have a plan for their achievements.
  • Work on enhancing their team members selling & negotiation skills.
  • May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or related fields.3 Years of experience in sales.Understanding of sales performance metrics.Strong analytical and organization skillsAbility to meet deadlines.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,Excellent negotiation skills.Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills.Ability to travel as needed
