1. Greeting and looking after visitors at reception.
2. Creating and maintaining filing systems, databases and paperwork.
3. Dealing with enquiries, e.g., via telephone, email or social media.
4. Answering phones and redirecting calls, sometimes via a switchboard.
5. Typing documents, such as letters, reports, procedures and other business documents.
6. Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
7. Printing and photocopying documents.
8. Keeping diaries and arranging appointments.
9. Booking rooms and arranging for facilities for meetings or conferences.
10. Scheduling meetings, creating agendas and taking meeting minutes.
11. Ordering and procuring office equipment and supplies.
12. Inventory of purchases for the buffet team and for the operation department.
13. Monitoring the cleanliness and general appearance of the company internally, and following up on the performance of the buffet team and directing it.
14. Organizing travel arrangements and accommodation for staff.
15. Updating and maintaining computer records.
16. Organizing various events in-house and externally.
17. Liaising with internal staff and external contacts.
18. Other administrative tasks as needed.


-Bachelor’s or associate’s degree (or equivalent).-Good at communicating in English-Experience in managing budgets and expenses.-Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems.-Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.-Excellent customer service skills-Proficiency in computers including email, word processing, and scheduling software-Experience in data entry-Ability to operate general office equipment
