Proven work experience as a team leader Real Estate ( primary ).In-depth knowledge of performance metricsHands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Excellent communication and leadership skillsOrganizational and time-management skillsDecision-making skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills  A team player with high level of dedication Ability to work under strict deadlinesDegree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
