Product Assessment:

  • Evaluate the quality and assortment of current bakery and pastry products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.

Menu Development:

  • Introduce innovative pastry items that align with market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients for new products.

Team Training & Development:

  • Train and mentor bakery staff to improve their skills in preparation and presentation.
  • Create training programs that prepare the team for future expansion and growth.

Sales Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in the bakery section.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure profitability.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all products meet our quality standards and comply with health regulations.
  • Gather customer feedback to continuously improve offerings.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.Experience: at least 10 years’ experience.User of Microsoft Office.
