Business Development Manager - Real Estate Expansion

Business Development Manager | Majid AlFuttaim Retail | Head Office Egypt


ROLE SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the sales growth both internally within Majid AlFuttaim Retail and externally with new customers. This involves identifying opportunities, building relationships, negotiating deals, conducting market research, and managing the sales pipeline to ensure targets are met for sustained business expansion.


ROLE PROFILE

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets and potential clients across multiple international markets to grow overall sales and profitability.
  • Work cross-functionally with other business units and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Manage both new and existing customer relationships, increase value and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Present product portfolio to internally and externally and negotiate contracts with new customers.
  • Oversee the data analysts' responsibilities specifically in regard to sales growth and customer insights.
  • Ensure constant availability of the required competent staff to support the organization in meeting all its responsibilities, plans, and objectives.
  • Manage both new and existing customer relationships, increase value and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of on the job-training.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Business Develpoment.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Stong Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
