Educational RequirementsBC. Degree in any relevant disciplineAdvanced studies, courses, certificates in Sales & Marketing Experience Requirements1-4 Yrs. Experience Knowledge, Skills and AttitudeProven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsGood knowledge of EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
