  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service. In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • Responsible for responding to clients’ inquiries promptly and professionally following  company’s policies and procedures. 
  • Explore opportunities to deliver added value to the clients. 
  • Responsible for preparing and updating the daily report. 
  • Responsible for handling and following up with customers’ complaints and requests promptly. 
  • Communicate with the clients regarding any events, and campaigns. 
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

 Real Estate experience is a mustFluent in English “written and spoken”.1-3 years of experience in client relations within a relevant industry.Knowledge about customer satisfaction and retention.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Active listening with professional problem-solving skills.Be familiar with CRM systems and practices.Multitasker and effective time management skills.
