- Follow up on the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine".
- Provide periodic reports about employees' regularity and review employees' vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc
- Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date.
- Manage all Personnel activities and deal with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities.
- Manage Social Insurance forms 1, 2 & 6.
- Check expiry of the contract or resignations, salaries, and deductions from wages and vacations.
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Assist in handling labor office inquiries, audits, and inspections.
- Follow up with employees' contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents to ensure that employees’ files are complete and accurate.
- Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from the initial identification of staffing needs to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications, and advertise job openings on career websites.
- Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Prepare offers and send acceptance and rejection emails to candidates.
