Role Description

This is a full-time Operations Team Leader role for offshore accounts at Atheel Contact Center located in Cairo, Egypt. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills for decision-making, overseeing people management initiatives, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

  • People Management capabilities
  • Experience in offshore accounts or customer service operations
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Management
  • Fluent English level
