Responsibilities
- Lead Agency pitches to prospective clients and grow agency top line revenue.
- Create strategic proposals to promote services.
- Front end and manage the client relationship.
- Scan for marketing, advertising and events opportunities and participate in tenders to attract high value agency projects.
- Manage every communication element of advertising including creative, copy, layouts and production.
- Meticulously run day to day operations of a full-service Integrated Adv Agency, supervise the team’s output and troubleshoot problems and issues.
- Manage the Finance Strategy by coordinating overall budget process, annual budget plan and taking responsibility for achieving the agreed profitability and monthly targets.
- Manage the Marketing Strategy by image building, corporate communications, and brand projection to rapidly grow company’s exposure to both corporate and government sector.
- Manage the HR & Admin Strategy by training and developing the team to learn and adapt to the latest advertising trends, improving quality of proposals and evaluate employees’ work performance.
- Oversee job cards, daily work sheets, all design and creative content, website development and conceptualization.
- Approve all peripherals being created for events and external clients.
- Develop and implement ideas to ensure the smooth operation of the agency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in business administration and marketing or related.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.
