Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target prospective clients in the Saudi market, including both local and multinational companies.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate leads and expand the client portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and HR professionals to understand their recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for business growth.


Client Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized recruitment solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to strengthen client relationships.


Sales and Negotiation:


  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients, effectively showcasing our services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate terms of engagement, including pricing, contracts, and service agreements, to secure new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the organization.



Market Intelligence:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the recruitment landscape in Saudi Arabia.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market insights to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on market developments, client feedback, and sales performance to management.
