As a member of the newly created
Onboarding and Accounts Services team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our cardholders by ensuring their data is accurately and quickly entered into our system, verified, and passed on to our partner bank to allow them seamless access to their dopay card and their salary.

What you'll do:
As an
Onboarding Specialist at dopay, your primary focus will be on data entry and managing the information of employees and beneficiaries who use our card services. Accuracy and speed are key in this role as you help ensure that cardholders can smoothly access their new dopay card, their funds and benefits. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Accurately enter, update, and verify cardholder data in dopay's internal systems
- Maintain and update cardholder records when changes occur
- Track and manage important ID documentation, ensuring deadlines and accuracy are always met
- Work with your team to ensure onboarding processes are efficient and cardholder issues are resolved promptly
This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced environments and enjoys working with data, ensuring that every detail is correct to support our cardholders' financial needs.
Requirements
- Speed and accuracy in data entry—this is the most critical part of your role
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every data point is entered correctly
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changes in systems and procedures
- Familiarity with digital systems and data management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in English and Arabic typing, with proven speed (above 40 words per minute) and accuracy (above 98%)
