Technical Support:
- Provide first-level support for the ERP system, assisting with both software and hardware-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic problems related to the ERP system, including connectivity and configuration issues.
- Monitor system performance and respond promptly to any alerts or issues.
System Configuration and Maintenance:
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and routine maintenance of the ERP system.
- Perform regular system checks and updates to maintain optimal performance.
- Support the implementation of patches, updates, and new versions of the ERP software as needed.
User Training and Documentation:
- Assist in providing training to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
- Help develop and update user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.
- Support in conducting workshops or training sessions for new features or processes.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure the ERP system integrates seamlessly with other systems (e.g., CRM, POS).
- Communicate with vendors and external support teams to assist in resolving more complex issues.
- Collaborate effectively with various teams to understand their needs and ensure the ERP system supports business operations.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and suggest opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Provide input to the development team for system enhancements and new features.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Help generate reports and analyze data to support business decisions and optimize operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system usage and issue resolution times.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: Some experience in supporting ERP systems or similar software is preferred.Basic understanding of business operations and workflows.Experience with databases and ERP systems is an advantage.Additional Requirements:Availability to work outside of regular business hours if required for support needs.Willingness to travel occasionally for training or support at different locations.Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
