Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant studies.
  • Knowing retail dynamics
  • Minimum 6 years of active experience in recruitment, talent management , Payroll and personnel affairs (Including 1 Year of managerial experience minimum),
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Native Arabic Language.
  • Excellent MS office & SAP User.
  • Dynamic, with high planning and organizational skills, result-oriented and analytical
  • Strong communication skills, leadership vision, and team management skills
  • Having a class B driver's license and no travel restrictions
  • No Mobility Restrictions.



Job Description:


  • Execution of action plans regarding the determined Human Resources strategies for the region within the area of responsibility,
  • Managing all Human Resources (Recruitment, Assessment, Onboarding, Payroll & Personnel , Career Planning, Promotion, Disciplinary Processes, Performance Evaluation, etc.) processes of the stores in the area of responsibility,
  • Planning and executing recruitment processes in line with recruitment needs analysis,
  • Support on issues related to training, talent management, and wage management,
  • Leading efforts to increase employee loyalty and engagement.
  • Taking an active role in Global Human Resources projects,
  • Managing processes of reporting processes prepared regularly.
  • Supervise and closely follow on creation and archiving of personnel files thoroughly per standards specified by HR , Solution Center Function and country legislations
  • Responsible for policy development and management ofall payroll-relatedd functions to ensure proper set-up, processing, and generation of the company payroll.
  • . To follow up on employees’ leaveing, recording leaving reasons on the system and ensure compliance with legal regulations and company procedures.
  • ·Identify business needs and align business strategies with company HR strategies
  • Providing an effective way of communication between the Human Resources Department with other departments
  • Monitor all personnel movements (recruitment, transfer, promotion, rotation, termination, etc.) and communicate them with related parties
