- Contribute to maximizing Bank's Profitability from the portfolio under their Business center.
- Minimize Overdue Ratios in their Business center
- Maintain Good Quality of the portfolio in their Business center.
- Minimizing operational risk in their Business center.
- Ensure Customers receive best quality services.
- Ensure quick response to customers' needs.
- Assist with handling Customers daily operations by coordinating with internal parties.
- Ensure preparation of Proposals in alignment with internal policies and customer needs.
- Ensure that team members are well aware of internal & external (CBE) credit procedures and regulation.
- Ensure submitting portfolio renewals in a timely manner.
- Reviewing Proposals submitted by team before being circulated to SRM / Head of Business center.
- Lead a team work for conducting a comprehensive market research for Sector & Sub – Sectors handled by the Business center.
- Ensure the marketing skills for ARMs through partially assigning the pre-assigned budget.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate Banking
- Solid experience in corporate credit with specific focus on managing corporate clients.
- Strong awareness of Macro Economics
- High Marketing Skills
- Budgeting & organizing
- Credit Certified
