Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nativee English Copywriter (British, Australian, Canadian, Americann) at our office in Cairo, Egypt. As an English Copywriter, you’ll be at the heart of our content strategy. You'll work closely with our marketing and design teams to produce high-quality copy for various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more. Your words will help shape our clients' brand voice and ensure their messaging is clear, persuasive, and aligned with objectives.
You will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging written content for various media projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency in all messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and persuasive copy for a range of media and marketing materials including press releases, media interviews, website content, video scripts, spokesperson talking points, marketing campaigns, and social media captions.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create cohesive and effective content strategies.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure it is error-free, grammatically correct, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies.
- Revise copy based on feedback and performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.
- Rewrite translated copy to sound as original pieces.
What We’re Looking For:
- English Speaker: Exceptional command of the English language, with a knack for crafting clear and compelling copy.
- Experience: Proven track record as a copywriter for at least 5-7 years with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility and creativity.
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
