  • Building and maintaining business relationships with customers.
  • Reporting accounts status and overseeing the account management activity.
  • Identifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Leading customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Propose the mid and long-term vision for the market, segments, and customers.
  • Capture and share market information and trends on prices, products, and competition.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with challenging client requests.

Proven work experience as a Senior account managerHands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Familiarity with sales performance metricsExcellent communication skills with a customer service attitudeTeam management skillsStrong analytical and organization skills
