Patient Interaction:

- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.

- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and other staff.
- Relay messages and information to appropriate parties.
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally.
Coordination:
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient use of clinic time.
- Assist in the preparation of patient documents and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical softwareGood looking, professional attitude and appearanceGood english in speaking and writingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeBachelor’s degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
