About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to support the Chairman of the Board. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman.
•Manage and organize the Chairman’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
•Handle all correspondence, including emails and phone calls, efficiently.
•Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis using advanced Excel functions.
•Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
•Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Requirements:
•Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
